  Prices are reasonable, food couldn't have been made better or more fresh. The staff is very friendly and the food is extremely tasty.

  I took the time to call in advance to pick up an order...a simple order, a small chicken shawarma sandwich, no hot peppers, no onions. Because I only have a half hour lunch break, I called before I left work, hoping it would be ready when I arrived...which I have done with many restaurants in the past. I arrived at Libnan and was greeted in a very rude and uninviting way. I told him I was picking up and order and then progressed to taking the pita out of the bag and repeating my order. I asked..."it's not ready yet? I called in advance for pick-up" and the response I got was "it'll take one second ma'am!" I then proceeded to walk out of the restaurant a very unhappy customer. Customers come first, always.

  Best middle eastern fast food I had in Ottawa. I became addicted to their food. it is always fresh , tasty and clean. the meat Sharma is too salty for my taste . but i love their pies , my special is the vigi sandwich (without potato). it is great for my diet , very low calories but surprisingly irresistible.

  Near my office - have been going to this place almost since it first opened. It's been great to see the business grow and the owners make continuous improvements to the space. Their food is excellent. I recommend the chicken shawarma salad, the meat pies and especially the lentil and rice salad. The shawarma sandwiches and garlic potatoes are also really good. I've seen comments about the staff being rude - I've never experienced this! They are super friendly and portion sizes are really good.

  There's a wide variety which sometimes gets hard to choose from, which is why I come here everyday and try something new.
