  Worst experience ever!! The staff is incompetent and do not take you seriously. It took over a month and a half for them to process a loan request. After numerous phone calls and visits, I was told of conditions that needed to be met that were never mentioned before hand. I also brought them documents that they said they did not receive from me. They will not try and provide you with good service and accommodate you because they would actually have to do a little bit of work. They will brush you off and make you feel like you don't know what you're talking about. I would not trust them with one penny of your money. Please do yourself a favour, go to a financial institution like RBC. They bent over backwards to accommodate me and could do what TD claimed was impossible. It took them under an hour to do what TD couldn't in a month and half. They will be grateful for your business unlike TD who basically will make you feel like you're a burden and an inconvenience.

  I do both business and personal banking at this branch and have only received excellent, professional and friendly service. The branch manager has gone to bat for me in the past and all the staff (especially Barb) greet me with a smile. They are efficient at what they do including complex transactions like international wires, etc.

  Bank there sporadically, but have noted marked improvement recently in resolving problems related to Direct Investing and Bank front office.
