  Staff is amazing. Very skilled. Have never had a bad cut. The owner is a really great guy who genuinely cares. Parking is usually not and issue but give yourself a little extra time. Email reminders are awesome.

  I've been getting my hair cut by Krystal for the past two years now, and it's always been a great experience. She is honestly the first hairstylist that has listened to me fully and given me a hairstyle that I both like, and fits with how much time/effort I put into my hair. If you ask for something that contradicts with something else you've said, she will explain that to you, so that you can decide which element is most important (ex, for me being able to air-dry was more important than lots of feathered layers). Pices are very reasonable for the calibre of expertise and service. Junior stylists are the least expensive, and are not at all "bad" stylists. I also think that they have a student discount - so definitely look into that if you go to uOttawa/Carleton/Algonquin. The receptionists are always friendly and polite, and offer you water or tea. They use Aveda products, which leave your hair so nice, without feeling weighted down. They also send text reminders of your appointments, which I find very helpful. The only downside is the parking, which can be very hit or miss. There are lots of parking garages nearby, but they can be really expensive (like, $12/hr). Come early to scope out a good and cheap parking spot, or try to bus!

  I'm always happy with my haircut and service. Great customer service for a good price (under $50 depending on the stylist). Have been with Thwe for a few years. She is excellent!

  Favourite salon with good value for money. I can't recommend Leah enough. The ladies at the front are also adorable.
