    I wanted to book an appointment and phoned to do so mid-afternoon mid-week. I had some basic questions about how long a colour would last in advance of the holidays, to be fair I probably was a little dithery. The receptionist clearly found me irritating and her responses were dismissive, I unimpressed by the customer service so decided to look elsewhere.
