  Meryann is wonderful! Having recently moved back to Ottawa after being away, I was looking for a spa that offered waxing services. After a long search, I'm so happy I came across Spa Meryann. The spa is located conveniently downtown and the owner, Meryann, is such a lovely person. She really takes care of her clients and makes a personal connection with you. I was extremely satisfied with the amount of attention and care she provided me with during my service and I would absolutely recommend this spa to others. I'm definitely planning on being a regular here. Thank you, Meryann!

  I've literally never been more satisfied with a service! Not only is Meryann an absolute angel, but she goes above and beyond to make her clients feel as comfortable as possible and build a connection with them. She took her time with her work, explained everything she was doing, and made sure that I left happy- which I did, beyond expectations. The spa is SO cute and clean, plus it's a really convenient location if you're in the market or sandy hill! Already booked my next appointment x

  Meryann is such a kind and wonderful person. I am very satisfied with the services she provided me! Meryann goes above and beyond to make sure you are relaxed and comfortable before and during the appointment. She takes times to build a connection and explain everything that she was doing during the appointment. I left very relaxed and satisfied and will recommend Meryann to all my friends. The spa is very clean and in a very convenient spot in the Byward Market. I will defiantly be back in the future especially because the relaxed atmosphere of the entire session. Thank you Meryann

  If my budget allowed, I would be here weekly! Meryann has created an oasis. I love spa treatments, but am not looking to "be seen" or have a social experience. Meryann offers an oasis, knows when to engage in stimulating conversation and when it's time to drift off into the experience. I am extremely discerning and the place is spotless, comfortable and has a very welcoming and nurturing energy. Thanks Meryann, for living out your passion to the benefit of us all, you're a gem xo
