  I purchased my TREK bicycle here 2 years ago and was thoroughly impressed by their knowledgeable sales people who were not the least bit pushy. They listened to my needs and guided me in my choices. I have continued to take my bicycle there for tune ups ( which were offered free for 2 years) and the other day, to my very pleasant surprise, was informed that basic tune ups for my bike would be complimentary for the life of the bicycle. Needless to say, they have guaranteed that I will use them for all or most of my bicycle and sporting needs.

  One of my go-to stores in Ottawa. Very friendly staff and good selection of merchandise. Their sale prices are hard to beat!

  This place has helpful knowledgeable staff that stand by the product they sell even when other stores with supposed "rock solid guarantees" fail you (that's right MEC I'm looking at you). When I was in school, this was the place to go for affordable gear since a good bargain is always to be found if you're not in need of this years greatest. If you do have the taste for the newest toys, this place can also deliver.

  The customer service here is atrocious. Asked for help finding a suitable winter jacket and the sales associate couldn't even recommend a single one for me based off the simple description of "casual winter use" I gave. Instead, he told me to go read all the tags on the products in order to narrow it down. Like seriously? What's the point of your job?
