  This shop is entirely unprofessional, we took two older bicycles in to be inspected and serviced by their technicians if the pricing was appropriate. First the inspection, which to my knowledge would involve 1st the inspection then a follow-up with me to let me know the condition of each. Completed but not told of further issues until after work had been paid for. My issue was, why would I pay to fix a bike that had so many lasting issues after the bike had been serviced, if everything had been bought to light at the time they called to let me know the conditions of the bikes prior to work being done I would have rejected servicing and placed the money in to new bicycles.

  Best shop in Ottawa by far. Friendly and knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile even when I’m being a total pain in the a$$

  Transplant to this area and went looking for a bike shop 3 yrs ago and what a fabulous shop i found after looking at few to say the least. Bought a great Cervelo from these guys but more importantly the care, service and professionalism are off the charts.

  I called and spoke with "the store manager" to discuss my concerns who couldn't care less. I would highly recommend staying away from these services, as far as I'm concerned that is misleading and dishonest. Not a professional way to conduct business.

  Amazing spin classes in the back room!! Amazing staff. This is an amazing spinning class and a great bike shop.
