  I've been coming to Derand for the past two years for all my auto-starter and tint needs. They have always done an exceptional job. I recently had an issue with my auto-starter which was installed from somewhere else and they were able to fix it for me in a heartbeat at no cost. Would definitely recommend them hands down.

  Just had Xpel installed on my blue model S. What a great product! Their installer Scott is quite meticulous in his work. Great bunch of folks!

  Andre was very knowledgeable in helping me decide which remote starter I should put in my car. The staff were really friendly, they squeezed me in on a busy day for a job that took close to 3 hours and I'm quite happy with the outcome.

  Backwards on their price and timing, also quite rude. Unfortunately I had the pleasure of coming to this business to fix a tire on my bike. Person on the phone sounded inpatient to answer questions, was told it would be done in two-three days earliest (no problem) but called a day later to ask where I was as it takes only half an hour to do he said? Could have just waited there that day I guess and I should have because the fee after it was done was basically twice the amount of the quote. Some of the staff was nice enough to crack a smile and the job was done, but if you want a rocky road to recovery, this is the place to go!

  They installed MyStart which lets me use my cellphone to start my car in addition to also installing a 2 way physical remote. The best part was Andre gave me not 1 but 2 remote starters in case I ever lost one.

  By far they had the best & most competitive pricing I found for remote starters looking around in the Ottawa area so all in all, I can't say enough good things about these folks. I'll definitely be returning for future service...I'm thinking of getting my windows tinted soon.

  Update: got another issue with my remote starter and came to see these guys again. As always, they were amazing and very friendly and helpful. They figured out and fixed the issue in seconds! Very happy with their service.
