  I live locally. Cycle a decent amount and have visited several if not all of the bike stores in Ottawa. Eurosport, Mike in particular, is always a pleasure to deal with. Keen to assist and approachable. Indeed, the shop leans towards more of a specialty type with higher end, bespoke frames but that doesn't make it off-limits for the masses. They have proven their worth by not only good customer service but also by stocking some of those harder-to-find parts for our euro bikes. Thank you, Mike!

  Two days ago I was hit by a car while biking home. Luckily my bike took the brunt of the impact. The bike was just rideable with the front was pretty banged up. I stopped by euro-sport on my way home. They took my bike in right away (and listened to me ramble as I still had that hit of adrenaline going through me) and had it fixed in two days! This included assessing the bike, calling me to confirm everything, ordering parts and doing the labour. Their service was excellent and my bike rides significantly better than it had before the collision. I highly recommend this place.

  Mike's a hardworking and honest guy, who's been supporting cycling in Ottawa for a long time. He offers some unique products, and his frame-painting service is unique in Ottawa.

  our school gets their nordic skis tuned here even though they are 600 km away! Gotta be good. Fun shop full of bikes and skis and bike repair ski tuning area

  Got a super cool custom prologue bicycle here. They said it would take 8 weeks and was done in 6 weeks. Best bicycle purchase experience I've ever had. Other shops can learn from this type of unique service
