  Nice people, good customer service BUT for bicycle repair they botched my back tire repair (replacing a bent rim). The technician carelessly inserted the inner tube (the valve was slanted and the tube was pinched inside the rim). This resulted in the tire going flat within a few rides and my having to change the tube on a newly repaired tire. The rim is fine otherwise. Inner tube repair is pretty basic so I will think twice before I trust them with bike repair again.

  I have visited this specific store about a dozen times now for maintenance/repairs, purchasing of parts, and spontaneously during a ride when something on my bike is not right. Service has always been courteous and professional, and on several occasions they have done on the spot quick fixes for me for free. I will continue to support this store.

  Tom was very helpful in finding skiis for my son at a decent price and setting up their tune-up. Hopeful that they'll have them ready for pickup when scheduled. Five star - assumes we will get them next weekend.

  Don't get your skates sharpened here. I've been playing hockey my whole life and have never had my skates dulled rather than sharpened. Stick to skis I guess....

  Brought my bike here to be serviced in the fall and, as a small business owner, I forgot about the bike for a few months and in that time I never received a phone call nor an email about it so when I remembered in the spring I went to check if it was serviced. When I got there I saw the bike at the front FOR SALE and with a bent rear wheel and scratched frame. They fixed the rear wheel but I had to show them the scratch (even though it was obviously fresh) and even then they never gave me a discount or anything!
