  Excellent store and great service, whenever there is a book you can't find, the staff is ready and eager to help you find it. It is also a nice, quiet place to just pass the time and read one of the many books they offer while sipping your coffee, since they have a Starbucks right inside. But don't worry, you can drop in with your Tim Hortons, they won't mind

  There is also a Starbucks counter with a few coffee tables close to the entrance.

  Love this store! Well organized and super helpful staff. Today staff member Bill helped me navigate the online ordering and payment system - friendly and knowledgeable. Also so convenient - I can pick up my order at the store! Kudos.

  Yes, buying books is expensive... Normally when I go to chapters, I leave empty handed. However, the ambiance (including the Starbucks) is a nice place to hang out. Good to kill time browsing through all the books. Staff is super friendly and helpful.

  Nice organization of the book collections, regular sales (last time I bought 2 novels for 2$), unique gifts and souvenirs, many games for kids at the second floor.

  I always enjoy shopping at the large Chapters store next to the Rideau Centre. The staff are friendly and helpful and rarely disappoint my expectations! In addition to this particular store carrying American Girl dolls and accessories, there is a Starbucks located just inside the entrance. You can also call in advance and have a book put aside for pickup, or have them order online for you, as well as subscribe to their Loyalty Card and emails, for early alerts and other great offers.
