  When Chapters first opened they had homey decor and lots of comfy seating to peruse books. Now that they've put all the local bookstores out of business, it just feels like another big box store.

  Employees here always great me when I walk in. They are super friendly and attentive - like far more than most Chapter-Indigos. They've got a HUGE selection of gift items and stationary and are conveniently connected to a Starbucks. I love this Chapters-Indigo and highly recommend it.

  Great location but I am not fond of the new layout and design. It's less inviting, warm and cozy. Looks modern but not what I would want from a bookstore.

  This is also a go-to for any birthday party shopping. They will even wrap the gift for you at not additional cost!

  This Chapter Indigo is in a great location. The staff are very friendly and very knowledgeable. If the staff do not know what you’re looking for they are more than happy to do a little research to help you out. This is my go to book store. They have a great selection of books in their big store. More often than not you will find what you’re looking for in this Chapters Indigo. I highly recommend this location for all your novelty needs.

  Seems like there's less interesting stuff than when it was Chapters, and Chapters had gone downhill too. Their magazine section has been slashed. Their electronics/knickknacks selection is more spartan, without having reclaimed the space for more books.
