  Samantha Leman and Aaron Lee made me feel like a member of their family and not just a person buying a vehicle. I cannot express enough how well I was treated from the moment I picked up the phone and called to ask a question about a car. I got the car I WANTED at the price I NEEDED and was treated like a queen. I bought a used car but was treated like I was buying the most expensive car on the lot. I'm 46 and I've bought a lot of cars in my time but this company and the people working here was by far the best experience I've ever had.   I purchased a vehicle from the Ottawa location approximately three years ago. When I purchased the vehicle they told me I needed to buy the extended warranty or else the bank would not be able to give a low interest rate, and that it would technically pay for itself. The day after purchasing the vehicle I called the financial institution who informed me that the extended warranty would have no effect on my interest rate. I cancelled the warranty. I traded the vehicle in this week at another location to be presently surprised that the vehicle I had bought from Car Canada had been involved in an accident with over $3000 worth of damage, after I had been assured by the salesperson that it had not been in an accident or used as a rental. I remember thinking after I bought the vehicle that they never showed me the carfax report, now I know why. Make sure you ask for the report, don't take their word for it.
