  The brakes were done improperly and the squealing never stopped. After three weeks of this I asked Joe to have it fixed, he was very agreeable and arranged for us to bring it back to the place that did the safety and it was fixed. It hadn't been done right the first time.

  I was also not pleased with how the financing went. I was shown a few different monthly costs and indicated that I wanted the cheapest option (I did not want a warranty or any extras). I was quite surprised as it turns out the prices he was showing me ALL included an optional extra warranty, which I was clear about not wanting. Thankfully I very carefully read all the documents and called out a few things and he had to print the papers out an extra two times as things that were NOT agreed to were put on the original documents. I felt he was getting a bit huffy with me at the end about having to reprint the documents which was ridiculous as these extra costs should not have been added without my knowledge and permission. Be VIGILANT when buying a car, that is pretty common sense advice but just a friendly reminder. Read everything carefully! It saved my ass.

  There was an anti rust thing installed on the car after we signed the papers but before we picked it up. It was just assumed that we would want to pay extra for this, which I found a little insulting, that it had not been discussed beforehand. It was yanked out when we said we didn't want it.

  I went in on Saturday and drive away in the car just a few days later. It was the easiest and best experience and I would come here again instead of a dealership. Very happy with the new car!

  First of all I love my car, but I did have a few little issues with the purchase. When I went to pick up the car after purchase the brakes were squealing and the blower control knob was not working properly. I brought it back and was told the squealing would stop once the brakes wore in and that the temp control was working since he was able to yank out the knob and crank it to the left to get it to work. It has given me problems ever since the car was purchased so this did not fix it. I've just learned to live with it.

  I love my car and I am not unhappy with the purchase but I am just posting this so people can be aware of the issues I had. Overall I found Joe and Frank to be pleasant to deal with and I feel like I got a good price on the car. I am just being honest about my experience. In no way am I trying to scare anyone off from purchasing from them, a friend of mine bought off them and had a great experience. I did not have a terrible experience but I think 3/5 is an accurate review.

  I have purchased 3 vehicles from CarConnect now and have been pleased with all three of my purchases. I dealt with Joe each time and would not hesitate to visit him again my next time around. I have recommended him to several friends and family and each of them have purchased vehicles from them as well. Joe is easy to talk to, knows the market well and is very fair to deal with. The entire process was smooth, quick and we never felt any pressure. They have a great selection of vehicles to match any budget. An EXCELLENT experience, thank you!

  I have purchased 2 cars from car connect and both experiences were seamless and hassle free. Purchased a 2012 civic 2 years ago and as a first time consumer from a dealership, Joe made the whole process simple, seamless, and the turnaround was very quick. The car drove excellent and aside from regular oil changes it never cost me an extra dime, not to mention the price was at least $1500 less than anything comparable in the city. Fast forward 2 years and the car was unfortunately written off due to a collision with a deer. Car connect was my first and only stop, as they had exactly what I was after and the price was once again well below all comparable vehicles. My experience from car connect has once again been remarkable and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them

  Very nice experience. No pressure sales tactics. Honest opinions and answers for all my questions. Very helpful in getting and explaining the financing to me.
