  I would recommend any other dealer then Bentley Auto Sales! The car I bought from them looked really nice and well kept however a year later I found out they fixed it up to make it look nice and I started get rust everywhere and massive holes in my panels. To think I paid $8000 for a rusty bucket. Not a great experience for my first car. If you are thinking about buying a car from them, think again and make the smart decision to go somewhere else.

  They are awful they will not give me my statement if what I paid and what I still owe which after a year they are telling me I still owe. Told them I was filing a complaint and now threatening to find out where he car is and come and take it. All I want is proof I still owe the money which is not much at all and they will not come up with it. I know my rights and they can't take anybody's vechicle if the loan has been 3/4 paid and in my case was paid off.

  Had an amazing experience at Bentley Auto Sales purchasing my first car. The sales reps were very professional and made the process easy and fast. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for quality service.

  My advice is don't buy a vehicle from them and go somewhere they are more professional and have the skills to take care of their customers because these guys don't care....they just want the sell and don't care about their customers after they get it.

  I have filed a lawsuit. Police report. I also contacted the BBB. The individuals are Ian(incompetent owner) and financing (Peter) Please do not put your family at risk with these blood suckers. They do not care about you once they get the approval. Once your approved, they get paid and could care less!!! BEWARE

  My van goes into a dodge dealership tomorrow because it is not running right and I have concerns over it. Thank god the basic warranty is in effect for 3 more days because Bentley wouldn't help me anyways.

  I recently bought a 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan from them...I never received a copy of my loan or a copy of the emissions test or safety certificate. I asked for a copy and never received it and I kept getting a run around when I asked for it. I have no clue how much I am paying for the van and I don't even know how much I got for my old van. I was told the van I got had a remote start on it and when I picked it up it didn't, plus I was told there was another set of keys to the van and I never got them. This vehicle has a crack in the windshield and should have never passed a safety. Also when I picked up my vehicle they didn't give me my vehicle ownership...the sale man mailed it to me a week later because he didn't want to deal with me.

  Oh and I decided a week before I was to pick up the van and before I had signed anything I didn't want the vehicle....they lied to me and told me I couldn't back out of it. They are great con artist also and will lie and deceive you to get a sell.
