  I always like going to this location, friendly staff, service is fast and i sometime get an upgrade which is great. The check out is supper fast and the staff is allways ask about the car and how the service was. Thank you.

  I returned the vehicle early in the morning before Alamo was open, and just used the key drop. I would have appreciated at least receiving an email with my final billing total, however none was sent to me. Other than that, service was fine and the vehicle was excellent.

  Car was dated but clean, be prepared for the hard sell on insurance and gas. I don't get this at other car rental places, just give me the keys and let me be on my way. Stop trying to up sell me.

  Staff were very friendly and efficient on check-out. Was upgraded from Corolla to Nissan Pathfinder at no charge. Car check-in was completed quickly in the parking garage immediately on arrival. Car was clean and comfortable.

  I was pleasantly surprised that they didn't push at all on selling additional features (insurance etc). I ended up getting a free upgrade. They were very flexible with pick up and the woman was extremely pleasant! I was dreading having to rent a car but the whole experience was great and I would definitely rent with them again.
