  I went to drop off the car at 5:00 PM and nobody was there to help me check In the car. The hours of operation are from 7:00 to 6:00 PM. This was a problem because of the lack of milage I had questions on filling up the tank and how much it would cost. Had some one been there I would have known that I should go fill up on my own and not get charged the crazy inflated gas prices. Apparently it was my fault that nobody was there because he was not expecting me. Likely won't use this location in the future. I will say that they did lower the gas charge a bit. Just not enough for my liking.

  I called to get information for a 15 passenger van rental for a weekend in July. This is the third location I've called regarding this. The first location told me all locations are booked, within seconds of me asking the question. The second location didn't answer. Someone answered at this location, however the guy I was speaking to did not want to speak to me, telling me that it's probably booked. When I told him to check their system, he checked and said, okay so do you want to book? I told him he didn't even get any information from him. I initially asked him how much it was for a day and he didn't even respond. Frustrated, I just hung up and said I'll call back later.

  The offers the best service when it was close to closing hours. He was nice to give us a ride back to hotel since the car was not available that day
