  In late December 2017 I rented a car through my insurance agency for 2 weeks from this location. Service was professional and quick, as Enterprise has always been. Upon driving the car, in the snow, I noticed it was slippery, dangerously slippery. Upon inspection of the tires (see photos below), I realized the front right tire was essentially completely bald. I was stuck in the snow multiple times, and I was driving in multiple snowstorms, and an ice storm, with my kids in the car, in a "brand new" rental car with a bald tire. I was put into a dangerous situation due to the lack of proper inspection and maintenance on this rental vehicle. When I brought the car back, they were very apologetic and gave me a new car--which I was pulled over by the police because the registration sticker had expired. When I returned that car, I was assured that the manager would contact me to offer compensation (a free car rental) that day. I have heard nothing. I will be contacting the Enterprise head office to complain as well.

  Ryan, Connor and Sam provided excellent customer service. Enterprise picked me up from the collision center and drove me back when my car was ready a week later. They staff was helpful and very pleasant.

  Amazing Service. We were given a car by insurance because of an accident. Enterprise actually asked an existing customer if they would swap vehicles so they we could have a specific model. We didn't ask for a specific car, but they were trying to give us the same vehicle that was wrecked to make it easier on us. Definitely above and beyond.

  Note that, prior to this experience, I have always had good experiences with Enterprise and almost exclusively rented with them. I will be choosing another company in the future.
