  I have been a faithful National customer throughout my business career and now continue to enjoy their great service in my retirement years. We just spent a week in Ottawa celebrating our 41st Anniversary. We were able to use promo codes and rewards to reduce our costs to almost nothing. Our car choice fit our disabilities to a tee. Well done!

  As always the Ottawa International Airport Kiosk was top notch. I travel there only a half dozen times a year and they always know who I am, what sort of vehicle I like and provide great recommendations.

  Very good service, took a little while to get the rental but drop off was very quick and easy. I would recommend getting a separate GPS though. They upgraded me to a car with an installed GPS because the price was the same, but the GPS in the car did not work very well (ex: was missing locations even when I searched by street address). Overall though the vehicle was really nice and so was the service. Would rent here again but a more basic car with the gps rental. But I will say that if you do like cars with a lot going on, I think it did have the ability to hook up to apps on your phone by Bluetooth so I could have used google maps but I don't have much data to do that. Check with them before taking my word though!

  We were greeted at the counter warmly, with all our documents ready to go, and were offered an upgrade to a luxury SUV for a modest increase. We really enjoyed the space in the vehicle for our sporting equipment.
