  I have been shopping at Club Monaco Rideau center for so many years , but i have never been treated so poorly and unprofessional from the new manager ! i was there on tuesday 23 th december 14 !! she was very rude and i will newer go back ! I have to say i was very disopointed !!

  This store and its staff deserve all five stars. I rarely shop there because the prices are higher than I would typically pay but I decided to stop in today and check out some sale items. Within seconds of arriving, Aslan greeted my daughter and I and asked me if he could offer her a candy. He was so kind to both of us throughout our visit that he made an impression on me that I'm sure will last. Rachel provided excellent, attentive service as a sales associate. The clothing is just so beautiful, unique and high-quality, and it's inspiringly paired and displayed. Without hesitation, I would recommend this store based on my wonderful experience there today.
