  If anyone is looking for cowboy boots I would highly recommend Sandy's Saddlery! They have an amazing selection and the people there are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly...Great place!

  Service was phenomenal, I will be back for more. I arrived at the store and the clerks did not trow them self at us, they let us look first. And then let me tell you, they went out of their way to please us. My wife is extremely picky and she left with a pair of boots. I was looking for lather next spring but they were so good, I bought my boots too. I did my homework before I went there. I knew what the prices were going to be and I found their prices were fair. My last Boulet boots only lasted 23 years! But I will be back before the next 23 years, I will brag about that store to who ever wants to listen. Good job to your employee Sandy...

  Very good selection of boots and clothing but the store is overcrowded with merchandise and a bit overwhelming. Sandy is the ultimate saleswoman and quite entertaining. No measuring tool for her-she simply looks at your feet and decides what size you are! She told my husband she would not get his size unless he guaranteed her he was going to buy. Lol he did not buy any boots. She will tell you what you want to hear to make a sale so do take what she says with a grain of salt. We were savvy enough to know several of her statements were complete BS but even so 2 of our daughters and I have purchased boots from her.

  Horrible Service ! Went to buy a pair of boots for 16 year old daughter, The clerk tells us they start at $ 289 and then stresses the "and up" part. My response is "OK, that's a bit more then planned to pay but let try some on" . Then the clerk tells us we cannot try on boots unless were are committing to buying them today ? and those are "Sandy's rules" . Who commits prior to trying them on ? Once I picked my jaw up off the floor we exited the place as quick as we could . I recommend you save your time and not bother going in the 1st place . Bruce ..
