  Edit jan 2018: I'm not at Trillium anymore. Their services haven't changed, Amy was still great, but I got shamed for my daughter not getting sealants. I asked whether the sealants would have stopped my daughter from getting cavities and the Dr. said no. Um. Ok. I can take a bit of shaming, but I can't handle a person pointing their finger at me. I personally can't stand the "shame on you" finger. The same day I got schooled by the Dentist about being too strict with my kids. Dentists are a dime a dozen, so I moved on.

  Having said that, I've never felt rushed, and the front desk has always been nice to me since they changed to Trillium. I had mixed feelings when this location was Capital Smiles. They're tolerant of my kids (who I have to bring occasionally for my appointments, and are super excited when they're at the dentist). Amy is my favourite hygenist. She'll explain anything to you if you want her to.

  My two young children also see their dentist there and they are made to feel safe and cared for. Dr. Dibacco is warm and kind and understands how intimidating dental work can be to kids. Liking a dentist was certainly not my experience growing up, but my kids love her.
