  Went to return an item here at baseline Walmart, cell phone department refused, after proving an incorrect detail, that was crucial to the purchase. Manager PHIL was called in, and plain and simply said if we weren’t happy with a purchase we are getting a full refund, now . PHIL handled it AMAZINGLY just as one would expect from a manger, quick and simple . He deserves his position and I hope cooperate reads this . Thanks PHIL I will continue shopping there knowing the team really cares about keeping their loyal customers happy .

  It was quite difficult trying to find someone who was familiar with what I was looking for as most employees were Jack's of all trades so to speak.

  This review is in regards to the new Grocery Pick-up feature at this Wal Mart location and specifically, to give recognition to an employee (Patrick) who went above and beyond with the service we provided. The grocery pick-up feature is easy to use and very convenient for families with busy hectic days. When my husband and I arrived at this location, there were clear signs (in addition to email) with instructions on where to park and how to receive our groceries. We didn't even have to leave our car, within minutes, Patrick came out to greet us (in minus 20-degree weather) with our grocery order. Because one of the products was inaccurate, he quickly ran back inside to exchange the item. Unfortunately, the specific product (lip balm) we wanted was out of stock, he came out with alternatives for us to choose from instead. I didn't want any of the other products, so he was able to refund the item back to my account on his mobile device system with no issues. He was so polite, friendly, helpful and professional. He made us feel very appreciated and valued as customers. I definitely did not expect to receive this kind of service from Wal Mart. Patrick deserves to be acknowledged and recognized for his outstanding customer service. And the new grocery pick-up feature deserves two thumbs up!
