    My computer was up and running with the brand new up-to-date Operating System in no time, AND I had gotten answers to other questions I posed about the Apple Trade Up program.

    The store manager also claimed that they don't play favorites with their customers despite the fact that they seem to have only 1 guy doing service and have about 200 sales employees loitering around the store helping nobody (including the manager as she was also loitering when I walked in) . They clearly care about sales more than service, so news to you Apple Store you do pick and choose between your customers. So stop treating us like idiots and stop trying to cover it up.

    I had been having trouble updating my MacbookPro; I searched online for assistance and was directed to get on a call with an expert. It was first thing in the morning but they called me within seconds and in less than 5 minutes Jack was able to help me figure out why I was having issues. He helped me understand what my computer was trying to do and how I could do what I wanted while going around what my computer wanted.

    Store seems to think that's its justified and normal to charge $300 and take 5 days (minimum) for a battery change in a laptop. They blame the architecture of the laptop for this, which is amazing considering that it's Apple that designed their laptop. Sorry guys, it's not the customers job to wait for service due to your architectural choice when you built the laptop. Changing a laptop battery is basic, maybe Apple should put it in a place where it can be changed in seconds. ALSO SOUNDS like the store should hire more technicians.

    I will never buy another Apple product again. After the nuisances I’ve had to endure form the updates Apple wants me to do has slowed my computer down. Now it doesn’t even work. This company is ruined. Caveat emptor! Do not buy Apple products! If I wanted a new computer or phone I’d go to Google products.

    Got my phone fixed quite easily! The process of making an appointment and getting a text when a staff member is ready to serve me is awesome. Went for lunch and right after got a text. In my years dealing with Apple I've only had one not so great experience. I've spoken many times to tech support via chat and phone and get good quality reps.

    Have bought a number of items here over the years. On the positive side, I would give the Genius Bar 4 stars. People there are very friendly, and knowledgeable.

    However, the sale staff is another thing. Salespeople for the most part are not friendly and do not treat their customers courteously.
