  I have been dealing with Henry's Ottawa location since the Orleans location closed. The service received is excellent. Personally I have connected with Pierre-Huges. His depth knowledge and advice fall inline with my goals.

  Didn't like the experience at all, i felt judged and i've been laughed at by the employees while looking at gear... The employees seemed condescending and lacking social interacting skills... I thought that the service would be exceptional since amazon and online shops are creating huge competition in the photography business but i guess the folks at Henry's think they are above that kind of stuff...
