  very slow respond, price is not cheap, it is almost the new set price, 1 month later problem happens again, I bought the new one. Next time I will find other place to repair electronics, not recommend to friend this service shop!

  So first they charged 60+txs diagnositic normal it’s ok but when they charge the amout of the device brand new that’s a big fail ! I’ve bring my dj controller and they charged me 400 + txs to repair it when i can get one for 395+txs brand new don’t go their i assume most of their business if it’s on warranty it’s please don’t waste you’re money there !!!!! So obviously i’ll get a brand new one !

  Called about an audio electronics repair. Wouldn't even let me explain, didn't ask any questions. Didn't want to hear about it. Basically it was "goodbye" as soon as I got connected to them. Didn't care to help me even as a potential customer. Definitely would not want to be shelling the money I was going to for this kind of service.

  This scam artist charged me a $40 estimate and took my headphones only to break them further. He wanted to charge me $110 for the repair. Little did he know I had photos of the headphones taken apart before hand. Dishonest, unprofessional, sad business.

  All they need is your money only! I make 2 stars because the item can be fix here, but during the warranty time, they did not respond the phone message at al!

  Place is so disorganized it's crazy! Couldn't fine my estimate after they called me for it . They were arguing with me that the estimate was not done yet. They had computer system issues. Ended up paying more , because they under estimated. Then when I went to pick up my component, they couldn't find it. This place is a mess!!!
