  I went to go and pick up some Italian books and movies. I was totally impressed by how friendly, warm, and welcoming everyone there is. Definitely lived up to my impressions of how likeable and awesome Italian people are. Even though they did not get the email I sent with my list of requests, they were extremely apologetic and extremely accomodating. They put up with my bad attempts to remember the Italian titles and were still able to get me the books and movies I wanted. They even let me go into another part of the office to wait on the couch while they brought my stuff. The one woman even said I can feel free to just ask for her if I ever need to come again for other stuff. They even complimented my limited Italian. Not all the embassies are as fantastic as this one, and I know that from personal experience.

  I am going now, but their disponibility to change my appointment like my schedule, it was more the kind. Very good Italian style
