  They ended up delivering the flowers right as my mothers office was closing and of course no upgrade whatsoever to my order as promised. It's been over a week now and still no refund charged for the delivery.

  Same as the other reviewers wrote. Nothing makes valentines day special like paying extra for guaranteed delivery time, $150 in total for flowers, and then nothing.

  The next morning , I called as they were never delivered and was told that a manager would call me back with options. After hearing nothing by 2pm I called again demanding what was going on with my order, why it was not delivered and why no one was getting back to me. The service agent assured me that they would upgrade my bouquet, throw in a box of chocolates and refund me the delivery charge. I agreed and requested that she send me email confirmation of the order update.

  It's a shame that this company has such a good domain name, I definitely would not recommend them to anyone. Learned my lesson will go to a store myself next year.

  I called after 4 to confirm delivery and they advised that the flowers were not yet delivered and that they were on their way (my mothers office closes at 5 so they advised they would rush).

  Incredible service and quality! I have ordered flowers a number of times from Ottawa Flowers. They go out of their way to deliver in the time that I required and make sure the the flowers are in excellent shape. I've been so happy with their service and would not think of ordering flowers from any place else.

  UPDATE: Manager of facility has responded to this review claiming my experience is false and "slanderous" when in reality I received no such call when my order was placed, nor a voicemail to let me know it would not be processed. Same day delivery before 4pm is not clearly visible on their website when placing an order, in fact they even have a separate option for "same day delivery" and "same day delivery before 4pm" which leads me to believe that the services they offer is bordering false advertising, as they do not actually do same day delivery after 4pm. Manager "trying to contact me several times" was him leaving a voicemail basically calling me a liar and saying I am tarnishing his business. Not respectful or sincere at all, would never do business with them again.

  Placed an order for same day delivery, exact time shipping (costs an extra 40 dollars) and not only was the order never delivered, I was given no notice that apparently it was ordered too late for same day delivery (even though their website let's you go right ahead and order it!) And that it wouldn't be delivered at all. Status on the website remained as "on hold" and I had to call 3 times before anyone even picked up the phone just to find out my order was not going to be put through. During this call the lady claimed she had called and left a voicemail, which was not true.

  Ottawa Flowers are extremely unprofessional. They have no problem accepting your money and not following through with their service. There is no excuse for not even contacting your customer to advise of a service delay. I could have made alternate plans to still ensure my mother would receive a Valentine's gift on actual Valentine's Day.They're the worst!!!!

  Ottawa Flowers are simply the best! Beautiful flowers always, the quality is #1. Designs of arrangement are beautiful. I am always very happy with their professional staff and the timely deliveries. This is a great family owned and operated business that care about the customers. Amazing always! Lynn Leclerc
