  My husband I went in there yesterday to get some information about the available services and the associated costs and they refused to give us a final price without taking all kind of info about us, and the deceased. While we were meeting with the director she left the room to "get some papers from the printer" and 25 minutes later she returns saying the body was in their care!!! Obviously we were shocked and appalled that somehow the sentence "we are here to get information" was translated into "you have given us permission to bring the body into our care, and now you owe us money". This is just WRONG!! These places are supposed to be there to provide a service, not to take advantage of grieving families and corner them into buying things they don't need and can't afford. Luckily we were able to get out of the whole thing quickly (I mean if you don't factor in an hour of our time wasted in a stuffed room) but please make sure you do your homework before going in and don't let them bully you into situations you don't want to be in. Ask just for a quote and do not give any information. I would like to believe there is more to life than taking advantage of someone else's loss and taking their money... Hopefully this message will help the next family avoid such situation.

  This is one of the best Funeral homes in the Ottawa Area. Always completely professional and makes sure that you are happy with every detail from Alastair, Sharon to Patrick who take the time to greet you and check up on the service being provided. I met with Laura who helps with all your forms!! She is excellent at her job and truly cares! From the moment you contact them they keep in touch with you. My parents had a prepaid funeral and everything was what I expected!! I will definitely use them for my own service! We used the WEST location! 5 star all the way!

  I am so impressed with this location! From Patrick, Sharon, Alisister, Kirk, Bob, Mathew and Laura, even the receptionist! My mom and dad had a prepaid funeral package and they knocked it out of the park. Respectful, empathetic, unbelievably prompt with calls and service. My father passed away in August 2017 and my mother one month after and everything went so smoothly. Patrick and Sharon come out to greet you and make sure that the church service and reception is perfect. Laura helps you with the after care program. Everyone who attended was impressed and love the CD they provide. I will 100% use them for my own. I can't say enough about them! They are true to their package and provide you a cheque with money and interest back.
