  I cannot say enough wonderful things about this store and its staff. They and the owner have gone above and beyond to help me select the right furniture for my home. They have been generous with their time. They came to my house and steered me away from bad colour and material choices. And when a marble top table I purchased from Rove Concept arrived damaged a few days before Christmas, they offered me a loaner table for the holidays. Seriously folks. That is above and beyond. (Plus, they are really nice people.) I highly recommend.

  This place may be small but they have a huge selection and can show you more online. The people are great and they found me full grain leather chairs and stainless steel legs for our dining table. Hundreds cheaper than the competition.

  This store never gets old. Blueprint combines quality and comfort, and the sales staff is so friendly and well informed about all of their unique pieces, always a great experience!!!

  BluePrint is a store that carries amazing products. The staff was super helpful when it came to deciding on what products would match. If you're a pillow person, then this is the store for you!!

  I had a pretty disappointing experience with Blueprint Home. I saw a photo that they posted on their Instagram and immediately went to look for the beautiful side table in the photo on their website. When I couldn't find it, I messaged them on Instagram to ask if they had the table in the photo in store. I didn't hear back for several days so I called the store. The employee who answered said that the owner manages their social media and that this person isn't the most tech savvy. If you're going to use social media to advertise your business, use it properly! But I digress. The employee who I was speaking to over the phone suggested that I email her the picture so that she could tell me if they had it in store. I did so and again never heard back! This was a $600 side table that I was fully intending on purchasing for a client ON THE SPOT! Rather than give them my business, and my clients' business, I scoured the internet until I found somewhere else that sold the table and ordered it from there. This would have been an easy sale for the Blueprint team and unfortunately they lost it, as well as any other future business from me.
