  Excellent service so far. We've been there a few times and got really good help. It isn't one of those places you go in and can't find staff - they are all over the place.

  I called the location as well because I couldn't find an item on their website that I knew that carried, and the person who answered the phone took care of it exactly as I hoped they would: they identified the product from my basic description, and added it to our registry just like that.

  When I ask specific questions to a random staff member, they took me directly to the department and the specialist related to my question. I've been a couple of times now and got the same impressive service.

  I recently had an issue with a purchase. I got charged twice for an item, BUT I believe that we are all human and mistakes can happen. The staff is very friendly and they were very helpful to fix the issue. I am happy they did not give me a hard time. I will continue to shop here ☺️
