  This place has less selection and is pricier. Also that Loblaws is open 24 hrs, AND has Student Discounts! (Looking at you, La Cité students.)

  However I sleep behind it when at work and I must say its an amazing place to sleep. Great parking, no one from the store bothers you, and overall just great parking lot.

  Not a nice manager at all. Her name is Cathy. She was very unfriendly and ignorant. Online it is advertised as being open until 11pm. I took my 86 yr. old mother there, who is just recovering from a cold, and it wasn't even 9pm yet and they started rushing everyone out. My mother got yelled at to hurry! We were already rushing, but since she's been housebound for a couple of weeks, she needed a lot of things and wasn't able to get much of what we went there for. Very bad experience. Not the first time either. We've had unfriendly service there before but it's just from the manager. The rest of the staff is fine. As far as I'm concerned, she's a witch! She should not be working for the public. Such a terrible attitude. I feel sorry for the people who work for her.

  This is a great food store from organic produce to family pricing on almost everything. The more you purchase the better the price. Buy two or three of the same item and save your well earned money. Its convenient and had lots of parking for no charge. Located close to the busy intersection of Montreal Road and St Laurent in the east end of Vanier and the west end of Overbrooke, it is close to a lot of residential areas. I use this store regularly for all my food shopping. Come and see what they have to over. With a P C points plan you can quickly add points and save them for a great dinner for friends and family.

  This Independent Grocer store is extremely racist. The owner hired a security guard to follow innocent Black shoppers. I spend over $200 at this store in two weeks, reported racist activity and not one word back or apology from the owner. Black people should be aware of the employees' attitudes toward Blacks and never return. Do not spend your money with them. They could care less how we feel. WE can't end racism if we support a racist grocery store and its racist owner. Don't waste your money, I am begging you. If you report racist activity , it should be dealt with right away. They should have apologized. There is evidence that it happened but they would rather walk away pretending that it didn't. They should be ashamed of themselves! These individuals could care less how you feel, they just want your money. Now I know why I don't see a lot of minorities shopping here. It makes sense. Just warning you. You are better off spending your money else where. I will do the same as well.
