  Love the smaller size grocery store versus a super large one such as a Loblaws. It's a lot easier to go in and get what you want and leave without getting lost in the Superstores. Staff have always been friendly however I have 2 suggestions which would improve service and quality:;

  Things don't change much so you know where everything is. Staff is knowledgeable as well.

  Less choice then the big stores but with a tendon issue in my foot I don't come back limping because it is smaller and less walking.

  I do not like Robinson's Independent Grociers in Manotick. It needs a complete overhaul. It is old, cluttered and numerous times I've bought something only to find that it has expired. Very annoying. Also their produce cannot compare to Farm Boy and their prices are not reasonable for what you get. They need another grocery store in Manotick to compete and maybe Robinson's will be forced to improve.

  When it's busy, increase the number of opened registers. And secondly, I've purchased on more than one occasion fresh foods or deli products with an expiration date of that day it the next. Extremely frustrating.

  3 products I bought were priced wrong...had to get assistance to reach juice shelf...bakery asked for price of buns..was told it's on the shelf...it wasn't.. " it will take me longer to go sign on to check, go to cashier " she was busy talking to another staff member. Only polite person there was lady at take out counter. She deserves a pay increase!! She's always pleasant. I'll only go back for take out food never for groceries again.
