  We have been a patient of Dr. Gagnon's for quite a few years now. When he moved his practice from Embrun to Osgoode we followed him. We have no regrets. The Osgoode Village Family Health is always friendly and helpful. We highly recommend them.

  I have lived in different Canadian provinces and different countries and this family practice organization is by far the best I have ever had the pleasure to meet. In an emergency, if my own doctor has been unavailable, I have been promptly seen by a colleague in the practice. The staff is pleasant and professional. I can only extend my thanks and appreciation to everyone there. Thank you.

  I have seen a number of doctors at this clinic and all are knowledgeable, caring and helpful. The front staff are professional and curtious, providing an excellent service. Highly recommend them.

  In my opinion the best thing was when Dr Terry Brennan came to Osgoode and built the Osgoode Village Family Health Organization. My family had the privilege of being there patience for almost 20 years. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. No matter what was happening. From a thumb that needed stitches, helping deal with grief or just a regular checkup the doctors and staff always were there for my family. Unfortunately I no longer live in Osgoode and cannot drive any more so had to leave the best doctors that I have ever had. From the staff at the front desk to all the doctors my greatest thanks and appreciation to all of you and we miss you dearly
