Honestly the fact that you have to take a number when you have a set appointment time makes zero sense and it slows the whole system down. I'm floored that they have that kind of system in place for the family doctors. Otherwise my actual doctor experience was fairly good and positive. I would reccomend it but a serious change is needed to the system they have in place.

I've utilized the walk-in clinic a couple of times and each time had a longer wait time. I know it's expected of most walk-ins, but i didn't have time to make an appointment with my doctor as i needed the perscription ASAP. Waited 4-5 hours for 5 minutes with a doctor when i already knew what i needed. The doctors are lovely, but the wait isn't really acceptable.

Our family loves our doctor here, but patient scheduling is just a mess. Every time I bring my kids in or myself for an appointment I can never find a parking spot. I try to get there as early as I can and still, finding a parking spot always makes me a bit late. It finally happened. Parking was really booked, side streets and patient parking were full, and by luck I found a spot 10 minutes a way, way down a side street (not even sure where I parked was legal). Had to come back at 2:30. Lost an entire days work. As a business owner this is just not practical or acceptable. It appears reception overbooks. Not happy in the slightest.

This service has some good doctors and nurses, but the way the administration works makes it ineffective. When you have an assigned family doctor, they are so cramped up with patients that you must wait minimum a month to be able to book an appointment. And if you require a specific kind of appointment, chances are they will get the information wrong because only half of the counter staff is properly trained and knows what to do. I was looking to get a simple physical once and was rebooked many times because it had never been booked properly the first time! After all that, you get to the clinic and they ask you to take a number... FOR AN APPOINTMENT THAT IS ALREADY BOOKED!! So you wait til you are called and most of the time, you're in for a wait. In my years of experience there, I never had an appointment that did not start at least 15 minutes late. Oh but wait! If you're unlucky enough to be more than 10 minutes late, you will have to reschedule. Let me not even get started on the walk-in clinic... my fingers will hurt typing the long list of things that do not work. Been using this service for over 6 years now and the only reason I'm still there is that I like my doctor, he is good and patient. So was my previous doctor so I will give the clinic that! The 2 stars are for the quality of the nurses and doctors I've met.

Rude and unfriendly reception staff, couldn’t believe the way they speak to patients if they ask any questions. God forbid if someone asks about wait times. Unkind and unprofessional nurses. They don’t do a thorough job and just want to get you out the door ASAP even if that means not giving you proper care. So disappointed. Terrible representation of a school that has nursing programs and a medical school.
