  The receptionist was also unfriendly, kind of like April Ludgate from the TV show Parks and Recreation. All in all our dealings with DS Currey were very negative. Avoid.

  I previously had home and car insurance through DS Currey and was very happy with the service provided by Mandy, who was great - friendly and always quick to answer questions. After living outside the country I hoped to go back to DS Currey when I returned to Ottawa but sadly, they did not seem the least bit interested in my business.

  We tried to deal with Brian, who never showed up for our scheduled meeting nor returned any phone calls or emails. I can only guess that our measly home insurance policy wasn't worth his time in bothering to reply to us. We eventually gave up on DS Currey and found another provider, which was all for the best, as the rate was a few hundred dollars cheaper annually. (So thank you for not bothering to return our calls, Brian!).
