  My dad was their customer almost 7 years and early 2015 , my younger brother who is also registered as second driver was involved accident ,Police registered as fault . the accident was not my brother fault, my brother and his friend hired a lawyer and the court said the fault was the other driver,

  Easily the worst company I have ever dealt with. Stole $500. They raised my monthly rate after my first payment. No one can tell me why the raise in price and give me false information such as having demerit points on my record when I do not. (Checked with Service Ontario). They dodge my calls, and Tom Harrison hung up on me after a 2 months of trying to contact him. Very poor communication, they put blame false information on people that are not in the office. After looking through documents, I noticed they have been over charging my mother after my father passed away. I would highly recommend to stay away and caution vulnerable clients of Tom Harrison
