At the end, picked one from this location, the salesperson was very helpful and patient, and went out of his way to find and get me a good diamond fitting my budget, and he price matched it with another store. Very helpful and recommend the great service I received!

  Bought several pieces at charms. Never had any problems with them and I've always been happy with the service at this particular location. They are not sleezy like at other jewelry stores. I can't stand being told that a piece of jewelry is an investment. Pretty sure I've never seen anyone sell jewelry years after buying it and making a profit. The clerks at charms are part of the same corrupt industry but they at least have the decency to not insult my intelligence by proliferating De Beers and or other company's garbage propaganda.
