  I ask a manager to call me back, no phone call until 1130 this morning when I call them.. the manager is making excuses for the staff and then tells me it's because she was busy?

  Korlie (the manager) has to be the biggest liar out there and is trying to make excuses for her employees and tries to tell me she called me when she never did.

  First off I don't have my recipet from a year ago... and they tell me I need that. They look in their system and tell me they'll call me back - but of course they don't ahaha I waited in the mall for 2 hours from Saydee.. no call! I then finally get ahold of someone after 7 attempts and tells me that she has gone home and couldn't find it so that's why I didn't get a call!

  Huh.. don't you think they should get their stories straight.the manger promises me she'll look but of course she doesn't, I call her back and she tells me it would be $15 to fix.. to me at this point they're products aren't worth another dime.

  Will never purchase from this store. This was the worst experience and they have the worst customer service. Plus the quality is mediocre. Save your money and buy better quality jewellery from Winners.
