  Not only are the staff friendly, but they are highly observant. While shopping in the store, they offered me a complementary cleaning and inspection my Grandmother's diamond engagement ring. During the inspection, they found that most of the diamonds were loose! If it had not have been for their careful attention to detail, she would have lost her diamonds! They then proceeded to take the ring in as a repair to secured the diamonds. I highly recommend that everyone take advantage of these services and get their engagement rings cleaned and inspected by these ladies. :)
