  Din't have a good experience shopping here , customer service wasn't the greatest and felt awkward , there was a bigger guy loitering at the store made me feel very uncomfortable when shopping, he just keeped staring at me . He was there for a good hour just hanging in there so I dint feel like buying anything at the moment; had to come back with someone to pick up what I put on hold, a tall blonde lady working there made it even more uncomfortable to shop here it kinda seemed like it a set up ! Becareful shopping at this location....

  Flawless customer service. When I had a ring sized down it developed a few issues. Because of this they ended up making me a brand new one right to my size over a year after I had bought the first. (I had more issues exchanging pants worth $50 at a different store in the mall than I did with a ring worth several hundreds). Every time we went in they were incredibly helpful. There is always one staff member who seems like they don't want to be there (this is true for any business) but I would recommend this location to anyone who wants to buy any jewellery. The manager is super helpful and most of the people working are fantastic. All future buys will be from here. A+

  Bought a ring and I am satisfied with their honest customer service. Went to another ring shop in the mall to see about getting another ring I had fixed and the other place said it needed to be fixed right away. Took it to Michael Hill and he said it was ok. Thanks for the honesty. Definitely recommend this place.
