  I have been going to Goodfellow Cleaners for a number of years now first at the Billings Bridge location and then the Riverside South location and always had great service. Recently went back to the Billings Bridge location as its closer to where I now live and after a bit of confusion, mostly on my part over what phone number my account was under, a new account was created very quickly by a very well mannered and professional staff member. He was also kind enough to recognize my loyalty discount from the other store without even being asked or otherwise prompted. Highly recommend Goodfellow Cleaners!

  Will give zero if I can. Do a short Canada goose dry cleaning. So many parts still dirty. The said they did the best and charge me 55. So disappointed

  Brought a jacket and shirt here largely on the basis of the glowing reviews and the convenient location. Took the plastic off and was immediately hit with the strong odour of obnoxious perfume. Hung the items outside for 2 days to try and get rid of the smell. Nope, won't go back. Edit: Several days ago I was contacted by the owner who was very sympathetic and offered me redress, so perhaps I will return.

  Likely the best dry cleaning service in Ottawa. I've been going here for over a decade and their staff and service has always been excellent.
