  Decent place. Friendly staff. Restaurant has pretty good food. The room was extremely cold. They have some energy savings mode which only keeps the room at 20 degrees if it doesn't sense anyone (even overnight while you sleep) and even adjusting at front desk doesn't help. It is also under renovation but looks promising once it will be completed.

  Easy to access from highway for people staying and travelling downtown. Room is quite large and clean. Had to ask for a second bar of soap. Parking lot isn't huge but sufficient. Pretty standard hotel.

  Hotel clean, comfortable, room well lighted for reading or working at the desk. Free wifi excellent speed. Free parking. About 20 minutes by public transit from downtown Ottawa, Parliament buildings, museums etc where parking may be difficult.

  This Best Western in Ottawa, CA is great! Very clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. The staff go out of their way to be friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The restaurant is great! Delicious food, nice atmosphere and reasonable price. Great Hotel!

  Breakfast was not free, but available with table service at hotel prices $10-15. Variety of local restaurants a short drive away. Next door, a family operated Salvadoran restaurant provided a very informal tasty dining experience

  Excellent customer service. I needed to change rooms and they had me in a new room within 10 minutes. If you are sensitive to noise, request a non-adjoining room as the door in between adjoining rooms seems quite thin. The decor was nice with wood flooring. The bed was comfortable, the shower with the massage setting was great and room service was quick, efficient and tasty.
