  Stayed here two nights after our flight leaving Ottawa was cancelled and delayed for 2 days. Room was clean, breakfast in the morning was definitely better than a plain continental breakfast (not much better though... But it was free, so definitely enough to fuel up in the morning). Cheap cab/uber ride to the Byward market. Would stay again

  I love this hotel - it is non pretentious, the rooms are large and comfee (I love the mini dinette!), beds and pillows are fantastic. The location, a bit south of the main downtown, is ideal for people who are willing to walk a few blocks, to hop on a bus, or to walk (across the street!) to the fabulous museum of nature. On this extremely cold week, we were also very pleased with the underground garage facility, although it did add an extra cost to our stay. The reason I took away one star is because of the breakfast: nice to have muffins, toasts and peanut butter, warm coffee and juice, but the rest of the food was not really acceptable (worst eggs ever!)

  The hotel was extremely accommodating for our large group and very easy to work with. Rooms were cozy and had a small kitchen. Breakfast was a large spread, also very good. Hotel is within walking distance of the canal, which is good for skating. And above all, decently priced - definitely will bear this in mind when returning to Ottawa.

  Great place to stay that is right next door to the Museum of Nature. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. The bed in particular was super comfortable. In room kitchen area is compact yet functional. A free breakfast is also provided for all overnight guests. It was pretty good but not the best I've had. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful, while housekeeping do a great job. Underground parking is available for a fee and highly recommended in winter.

  Great all suite hotel in a good location. Staff verv helpful and friendly. Good value for money. Breakfast included. Underground parking available.
