  Very nice hotel in downtown Ottawa. Our family stayed in several rooms over a weekend. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms well updated. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They went the extra mile for us when they found out the reason for our visit. The bar and restaurant staff on the mezzanine level were also great. The breakfast choices were tasty and the bar list features some local drinks.

  Great location close to the downtown Supreme Court. Rooms were cozy albeit a little space constrained. Great views from the higher floor. Close to a bunch of downtown restaurants. The breakfast spread was lacking however the reason was the start of holidays so I'll give that a pass. Overall good location and decent rooms.

  Room was very clean and welcoming. Bathroom was extremely well lit (for those bathroom selfies). Parking garage was only 6' tall so it was a tight squeeze with the SUV. Elevators we're very fast and always at the lobby open when not being used instead of staying at the last floor that used them. Ample amounts of plugs for charging any device and every cord you could think of to hook up to the TV was ready whether you wanted to stream from your laptop or whatever you wanted.

  Excellent service and fairly modern updated rooms and lobby. Clean rooms and a good range of amenity. Fairly good view from higher floors, there may be better views on the east side. Good location near the downtown, although not the best location. Easy public transport access to the airport.

  Rooms are quiet and clean. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are a bit small but are good enough. Staff are friendly and helpful, the restaurant in the hotel is good. Prices are about what you would expect. Location is decent, there are a couple good restaurants nearby. Overall I would recommend this hotel.
