  I do not have any complaints. Front desk is helpful, organized and friendly. Awesome location, right downtown. There are some really neat features to this hotel. Your kids can request a gaming night with reception and they'll set it all up in one of their lobbies! I decour is lovely. It is not dated, rather historical. I really enjoyed my time here. Conference facilities are quite good, and staff is very accommodating.

  Hotel location is great and the rooms are clean. However, our 3rd floor room had a view on the lobby and (on the other side of the giant lobby well where some sunlight came through), a hallway where other customers walked by. So our drapes had to stay closed, making the room constantly dark. On top of that, the walls were paper thin, we could hear people walking by and talking in the hallway, even when they were whispering.

  Good downtown location. Very cozy room with a jacuzzi tub and shower stall in the washroom. Parking is shared with the next door hotel, and is a little hard to find. Would stay again!

  Swimming pool and jacuzzi are a bit outdated, however 24/7 access to the gym is a great plus.

  Was OK. Pricey considering other chains in area available at a cheaper price...location is good. Cleanliness is good. Small room would be nice if it had a microwave and a fridge. For 200 on a Saturday night in Oct..better can be found for less

  A loud domestic fight also broke out next door in the middle of the night, but to their credit, management quickly handled the situation and were quite apologetic in the morning (though no compensation was offered).

  Rooms are pretty standard, but the kingsize bed was superb!
