  We had Ozzy and Shawn who were friendly, polite and very efficient. Melissa gave us a very accurate quote. We had pick up at 2 locations and delivery in a walk up apartment. Very happy with this service.

  The three guys sent to us were absolutely amazing. Friendly, professional and extremely experienced. I have moved 12 times and every time was a headache with the movers we had until 2 Men and a Truck. This crew made the move less stressful and were very very careful with our items.

  We requested 3 movers & were very clear that’s what we wanted. We booked based on the quote provided for 3 movers, & only 2 movers were sent. This cost us an extra $ because instead of paying the hourly rate for 3 movers for a shorter duration, we had to pay the hourly rate for 2 movers for a longer duration (and what turned out to be a long day). I believe the company disregarded our request in order to make more money. Additionally, the movers claimed an extra hour+ of time that I tried to dispute with them to no avail. I put a note on the payment form requesting the office contact me about this & instead of contacting me first, they charged the amount in full. The movers were 20 min late, claimed a 23 min drive took them nearly an hour (post-rush hour) & then took an hour for lunch but claimed they were only gone for 30 min. All in all, I was charged an extra $300+ over the initial quote becaue of these two issues.

  Wow, these guys were good. They showed up at exactly the time that was arranged. They were extremely thorough. They packed the furniture in blankets and then put shrink wrap around it. They even put the mattress in a giant plastic bag. Leo & William were the team. Polite and efficient. Both A+ movers !

  Terrible. Would not recommend. Office people were very nice for booking but when they called to change the time of our move they would not return deposit. Brittany and Melissa were great. Left 3 messages for the manager to call me over 2 weeks and didn’t even get a call back. Very disappointing and will be taking further action.
