  The Bourbon Room is my go to spot! The best music/DJ's, the best vibe and the best drinks! Amazing VIP booths and bottle service! There is so much space so you don't feel crammed and four bars with awesome staff so you can always get a drink without waiting. Would recommend this bar to anyone!

  Bought tickets for their New Years Eve event, got there and the bouncer wouldn't let anyone else in because they were at capacity. My friend asked why they sold more tickets than they had room for, and his response was "you should have got here earlier like everyone else you drunk c***." I would never go here again and I only ever waited in the line up.

  I never write reviews like this, but this location just really triggered me. My friend purchased NYE tickets in advanced, we got there about 10 mins before they opened. It was about -33°C outside, we got kicked out by security or manager or some guy and was told we couldn’t stay inside, we have to wait outside. There was only 6 minutes left (there wasn’t even a big lineup or basically no lineup, because they probably kicked out other people too which they did kick out about 3 people in front of us), he said, “Doesn’t matter,” and walks away. Seems to me, all they want is money and couldn’t care less about their customers. I have never experienced such rude customer service ever. After that rude tone, we just left and went elsewhere, never went back that night and never will in the future. I’m sorry, but I will not spend an evening where somebody is just rude and can’t say things in a nicer way.
