  Everyone is so nice and helpful. I'm the type of person who takes forever to make a decision on things. They answered all of my questions helped me pick out the things I would need to get for my new hamster. I told them how much I had to spend and that I only wanted the essential things and I left with just that and money left over. They are all animal lovers so they only sell products they will/would use. I was there for over a hour and they never once looked irritated with me or my questions. And when I was finally all packed and ready to take our new pet home, they informed me that if for some reason it didn't work out they would take him back no questions asked.

  Will be checking my receipt BEFORE I leave next time to make sure I don't get charged such a fourth time & I suggest others do as well as I don't know why they've collected $6 from me for nothing.

  Been going here for years, even got one of our cats here (they come from a rescue in Smith's Falls). Staff is helpful, they have almost everything you would need. Have a loyalty program where if you buy X number of bags of food you get a free one. Prices aren't unreasonable.

  Have been shopping here for quite some time. Always kind and pleasant staff. Great selection of products. Love their support for local rescues.

  The first time I thought it was a one-off mistake, but apparently not as it's happened 2 more times (which is super frustrating when you get home with your dog & actually have a chance to check.)

  My only complaint is the past 3 times I've been in here I've been charge $1.98 for something I didn't buy.. Hard to tell with the it only saying "dog supply", I know-- but it's pretty easy to tell once you count items to things you were charged for.
