  Courteous service, reasonable wait times especially midmorning or mid afternoon, much improved over previous setup.

  The main downside of this location is that they are only open during normal work hours Monday to Friday. This makes it difficult to come in for the average working class. Also, to get a parking permit you are in the same line as marriage licenses so though there may be one person in front of you, it can take hours to get a simple parking permit.

  Calling this location to ask if I can go there and apply in person with cash to get my birth certificate. I was transferred 4 times and didn't receive an answer period. From now on I'm recording these convo and asking a first and last of everyone I talk to and they will be held accountable for false information or flat out not knowing their job.
